Geographic Diversity
 

1 Call Connect provides geographic diversity for its Switching Platforms in order to maintain system and data redundancy, as well as for placing systems in the optimal physical location for traffic volume.

 

Redundant Best-in-Class Infrastructure
 

All 1 Call Connect Switch locations maintain redundant power supply, fiber/data links, dedicated generators, and battery backup. They are built from industry-leading hardware and equipment, ensuring the highest level of performance, reliability, and interoperability.

 

Automated: QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM ("QMS")

 

ACD Threshold - This feature allows for the Switch to monitor the ACD (Average Call Duration) threshold in seconds. Should your requested target ACD value drop below this value then an email will be sent to you and the 1 Call Connect NOC (Network Operations Center) for immediate notification.

 

ASR Threshold - This feature allows for the Switch to monitor the ASR (Answer Seizure Ratio) threshold in a percentage. Should your requested target ASR percentage value drop below this value then an email will be sent to you and the 1 Call Connect NOC (Network Operations Center) for immediate notification.

 

Bad Quality Action - This feature allows for you to choose whether to completely block the Vendors offending route or to make it last in route based on the ACD and ASR threshold values. (If the Vendors route is blocked or placed last in route based on the "Bad Quality Action" then the Vendors offending route will be continually checked under the "Retry Interval" feature to automatically place the offending route back into its original routing position)

 

Retry Interval - This feature allows for the Switch to retry your Vendors route within a set amount of lapsed time to confirm if the Vendors ACD or ASR values have been corrected to your pre-determined threshold. This feature is extremely useful should your Vendor have a temporary or permanent issue which has not yet been reported to you, therefore allowing the Switch to automatically test the route in timed intervals until the Vendors issue has been resolved. 

 

Retry Batch - This is an optional feature to allow a number of calls to be tested in a certain time frame to check the new quality of your Vendors route after the "Bad Quality Action" has taken effect. For example you can test any set number of calls within a set time frame to see if the quality of your Vendors route has again reached your target threshold after which time the Vendors route will again be placed back in route.

 

Notify-On-Status-Change - This feature allows for email messages to be sent to your email addresses on file for each change made by the Quality Monitoring System (QMS). You are notified in near real time of traffic quality issues as they happen and in addition which automated preventative measures have been taken to keep your traffic at its optimum performance.
